Revaluation of travel expenses

A 5% increase applicable from December1, 2023. Discover the new rates.
On November 11, 2023, the social partners ratified the rider to the national road haulage collective agreement concerning the revaluation of travel expenses in the freight transport sector. The extension of the agreement was published in the Journal Officiel on December 14.

Find out more about the new rates of compensation :
Meal allowance: €15.96
Single meal allowance: €9.82
Single "night" meal allowance: €9.57
Special allowance: €4.32
Snack allowance: €8.65
Long-haul allowance: 1 meal + 1 overnight stay: €51.02 / 2 meals + 1 overnight stay: €66.96
For the time being, only companies affiliated to the signatory federations can apply this increase. It is applicable regardless of the number of employees.
