Based in Voiron, Isère, Truckonline is the French platform that is reinventing fleet management by combining expertise in time and activity management (TAM), open technologies, and support for professionals in the transportation, construction, and manufacturing sectors, both in France and across Europe. It centralizes data and helps companies manage their operations.
French Expertise and European Ambition
Founded in 2011 as a family venture, Truckonline has established itself as a leading partner in the management of transportation operations. The company has developed and marketed a unique platform that integrates drivers and vehicles: time and activity management, technical data, route tracking, and tachograph data.
In July 2025, Truckonline began a new chapter with a management buyout (MBO) backed by Cervinvest Capital and joined the Kinara Group. This transaction marks a new milestone in the group’s restructuring and supports its ambition to become a major player in the GTA.
The company is accelerating its growth with a European vision and a clear goal: to double its revenue in three years, while continuing its mission to combine technological innovation with operational proximity to serve its customers.

Marc Journeux, President, and Yann Mercuri, Chief Executive Officer, share a common goal: to accelerate Truckonline’s growth while preserving its long-standing strengths, expertise, and local presence. Drawing on their experience within the company, Marc Journeux leads the strategic vision and Yann Mercuri oversees operational development.
