Press release: Truckonline gains new momentum
22/10/2025

Backed by the French investment fund Cervinvest Capital, Truckonline is committed to building a European leader in fleet management, with a new governance structure and strong ambitions to accelerate the digital transformation of the transport industry.
Truckonline, a leading French player in connected fleet solutions, announces a new strategic step in its development. With the arrival of Cervinvest Capital and changes to the management team, the company is reinforcing its leadership in supporting transport players in the operational management of their fleets.
Thanks to its integrated SaaS platform and IoT boxes, Truckonline enables managers of vehicle fleets (trucks, commercial vehicles, technical vehicles) to collect and analyze a multitude of essential data in real time, in a unified way: time and legal data management, geolocation, journeys, videos, technical data and eco-driving. This integration capability, which few market players are able to offer, simplifies operations management, enables prepaid production, optimizes costs and ensures seamless regulatory compliance.
A new management team to provide strategic impetus
Formerly a family business, Truckonline now benefits from the support of Cervinvest Capital through an MBO (Management Buy-Out). This transaction is accompanied by the appointment of a new management team to steer this acceleration phase.
Marc Journeux, until now Truckonline's Technical Director, takes over the reins of the company as President, bringing his strategic vision and leadership to the table. He will be supported by Yann Mercuri, appointed Managing Director, who will put his expertise as the company's Sales Director for over 12 years at the service of Truckonline's operational development.
Truckonline: customer-centric values
This new dynamic is in keeping with Truckonline's commitment to impeccable customer service, strong human relations and constant innovation.
"We are proud of Truckonline's heritage and the trust our customers place in us. With this new impetus, we are going to change scale while retaining our values. We aim for constant improvement in the quality of our services and major product developments. We keep the customer at the center of our concerns. Our aim is to simplify the complexities of operational fleet management, by offering increasingly high-performance, integrated and intuitive tools, " explains Marc Journeux, Chairman of Truckonline.
Ambitions for growth and innovation
Truckonline is entering a phase of accelerated growth, aiming to increase its workforce by 30% by the end of the year and double its sales within three years.
To achieve these ambitious goals and expand internationally into European markets such as Germany, Spain, Italy and Belgium, the company is relying on several strategic pillars:
- Continued innovation: Truckonline intensifies its R&D efforts to evolve its platform with unique functionalities designed to help companies better manage their operations, save time and improve profitability. Truckonline will present its innovations and new product roadmap at Solutrans 2025.
- Openness and interoperability: Unlike most players in the sector, Truckonline has always opted for openness, enabling seamless integration with any existing software. This approach facilitates the circulation of data between all tools, including payroll software for optimized management of working hours and remuneration. In this way, it helps carriers to control their costs (margin management, fuel costs, etc.) and streamline their processes.
- Responding to market challenges: In a market subject to strong regulatory constraints, Truckonline is positioned as a key partner for compliance and optimization. Its solutions provide access to key cost variables, contributing to more sustainable and responsible management.
"This new step marks Truckonline's commitment to remaining at the forefront of innovation, offering solutions that not only accelerate the digital transformation of the transport sector, but above all meet the compelling need for companies to reduce the complexity of operational management of their operations, from geolocation to driving times, compliance and payroll," adds Yann Mercuri, Managing Director of Truckonline.
