What does Groupe Blanchet do?

Emmanuelle BLANCHET: Groupe Blanchet is a family-run business founded in 1966, specializing in multimodal transport and logistics. We combine road, river and rail transport to optimize our customers' logistics chains. With over 250 employees, we offer a wide range of services, from general cargo to dry bulk transport. In 2024, our sales exceeded 50 million euros. We are also part of Groupement FLO, a network of companies specializing in transport and logistics.

Why did you choose TRUCKONLINE?

EB: We were looking for a service provider. We had defined a set of requirements that went far beyond simple geolocation, particularly in terms of social management, legal data collection and feedback to drivers. A fruitful collaboration for over ten years!

In 2014, TRUCKONLINE was a young company...

EB: Yes, their product was still young, but very promising. The team was just starting out, but I was convinced from the outset. Their offer met our needs. What's more, we were dealing with people who knew our sector inside out and had a thorough grasp of their subject. Of course, there were risks involved in choosing a young company, but it was a winning bet!

Which of their services would you highlight?

EB: It's difficult to single out one service over another, as they are all essential to our operations. Whether it's the collection of legal data, payroll management with their service La Bonne Prépaieservice, the interface with our TMS or the driver app that serves as a link with the company, all these tools are indispensable. They are innovative at every level and are constantly evolving, making our management more efficient and enabling optimal organization.

Do you also use the " La Bonne Conduite " service?

EB: Yes, absolutely. We are also integrating this service into our sustainable development approach. We're looking to adopt environmentally-friendly solutions and reduce our impact as transporters. That's why we pay particular attention to eco-driving data and regularly train our drivers.

Can we talk about a partnership with TRUCKONLINE?

EB: Absolutely, it's a partnership. There's a lot of exchange and proximity. There's real interaction between our teams and those at TRUCKONLINE. We tell them what we need, and in return, they make suggestions. There's a real ability to listen and a constant exchange of ideas. They are attentive to our problems, which is greatly appreciated.

Any final words?

EB: It's a constantly evolving product, supported by a dynamic R&D department. The TRUCKONLINE teams are constantly working on new solutions to improve their tools, whether to comply with regulatory changes or to meet the needs of our profession. They anticipate change, and for an industry as constantly evolving as ours, this is essential. Their proactive approach is a major asset.
