What does ATR do?

Florian PROVOST: ATR is a cooperative of freight transport companies, with some fifteen member companies. This represents 280 engines and 350 employees divided between our agencies in Riom (63), Rungis (94) and Salon-de-Provence (13). Our fleet of vehicles enables us to respond to a wide variety of calls for tender and to adapt to demand. Today, we are a regional leader in goods transport.

Why did you choose TRUCKONLINE?

FP: A few years ago, the cooperative embarked on a comprehensive review of in-vehicle IT systems, with a view to ensuring uniformity across all members, in order to facilitate data collection and management for payroll purposes, as well as for driving and working times, geolocation and route optimization. For a year and a half, we made the rounds of service providers. TRUCKONLINE stood out.

Why did you choose them?

FP: It's a company that's at the heart of our business, in touch with the times, inventive, reactive and attentive to its customers. They stay close to the field to find out how their tools are being used and to get our feedback. They're always looking for ways to develop and optimize. It's a real partner, innovative and responsive!

What has La Bonne Prépaie done for you?

FP: We've moved into another world. It's an additional convenience for our members, drivers and people in charge of payroll and human resources. A minimal investment for maximum time savings! In the past, data collection for pay slips was time-consuming. With La Bonne Prépaie, everything is simplified, since we have the information at our fingertips on a daily basis. With La Bonne Prépaie , when you arrive at the end of the month, managers only have to check and validate the information. In addition, TRUCKONLINE automatically produces a complete data summary. This makes everything easier to understand for everyone in the company, from accountants to drivers, who can request this report.

How do drivers perceive this new tool?

FP: They've understood that this simplifies not only the reading of their pay slips and payroll, but also the management of their daily lives. For truck drivers, of course, but also for light vehicles that aren't equipped with tachographs. Here, via the application on their cell phone, they have access to all their data in real time.

La Bonne Prépaie isn't just a payroll solution...

FP: Yes, there are lots of functions. We can see if one driver is overloaded in relation to another, so as to even out the distribution of activities. We can anticipate a work overload and plan the use of temporary staff. It's a comprehensive tool that covers organizational aspects, the well-being of our drivers and compliance with the legal framework. For example, La Bonne prépaie can send the driver a pop-up message on the driver app developed by TRUCKONLINE to remind him to take a break if necessary. This is an incredible optimization tool for the management and planning of a company's activities.

What are TRUCKONLINE's main strengths?

FP: I would recommend them at 2000%. In just a few years, transport and on-board computing have evolved enormously. We need flexible tools that facilitate the management of our cooperators' fleets. TRUCKONLINE is just what we need!
